Education:
LLB – University of the Western Cape, Post Grad Diploma - Drafting and Interpretation of Contracts – University of Johannesburg, Advanced Corporate Law and Securities Law and Advanced Short Course in Business Rescue – University of South Africa – Introduction to construction law & JBCC Principal Building Agreement – Gawie le Roux Institute of Law.

Experience:
Abongile has been providing legal assistance and service as an admitted attorney for years as a fully employed attorney. He has acted as lead Counsel in opposed and unopposed motion Courts in the High Court of South Africa. He has also been an instructing attorney in the abovementioned motion Courts, Commercial Arbitration proceedings and he has provided legal support in various internal client meetings.

Abongile has drafted several agreements, memorandums and/or legal opinions over the years.
